With regards to Glendora Short Sales and Glendora Foreclosures, 18% of all active Glendora Residential Property Listings are Short Sales (no change from last week), and only 9% are Bank Owned Properties (down 1% from last week). Of all active Glendora Home Listings, 19% are Short Sales and 10% are Bank Owned Properties. Of all active Glendora Condos, 9% are Short Sales and 5% are Bank Owned Properties.

With regards to Covina Short Sales, the percentage of Short Sales among active Home Listings is currently at 35%, for Covina Condos, the percentage of Short Sales is at 59%. Covina Bank Owned Properties only account for a small percentage of active Covina Property Listings - only 11% are Bank Owned Single Family Homes and 9% are Bank Owned Condos. With regards to San Dimas Short Sales and Foreclosures, 33% of all active San Dimas Residential Property Listings are Short Sales, and only 6% are Bank Owned Properties. Of all active San Dimas Home Listings, 25% are Short Sales and 6% are Bank Owned Homes. Of all active San Dimas Condo Listings, 67% are Short Sales and 6% are Bank Owned Condos.

Since last week's Glendora Real Estate Market Report (07/15/2010), 4 properties successfully closed Escrow - 2 Single Family Homes ($295,000 and $470,000 respectively) and 2 Condos ($270,000 and $392,000 respectively). Only one of them was a Short Sale, the other three were Standard Sales.

With regards to Glendora Short Sales and Glendora Foreclosures, 18% of all active Glendora Residential Property Listings are Short Sales (down 4% from last week), and only 10% are Bank Owned Properties (up 1% from last week). Of all active Glendora Home Listings, 19% are Short Sales and 11% are Bank Owned Properties. Of all active Glendora Condos, 10% are Short Sales and 5% are Bank Owned Properties.

The lowest priced Covina Condo is listed at $142,500 ($154.56 per sqft, 9 Days on Market), the highest priced Condo Condo is listed at $340,000 ($209.10 per sqft, 20 Days on Market).

In addition to the active listings, there are 46 Covina Homes and 3 Covina Condos in Back-up Offer Status, and 79 Covina Homes and 19 Covina Condos are Pending Sale.

Since our last weekly Covina Market Report on 07/14/10, 7 Residential Covina Properties were sold (closed Escrow) - 6 Single Family Homes (ranging from $249,950to $521,200) and 1 Condo (at $375,000).

With regards to Covina Short Sales, the percentage of Short Sales amongst active Home Listings is currently at 35%, however, for Covina Condos, the percent of Short Sales is very high at 74%. Bank Owned Properties only account for a small percentage of active Covina Property Listings - only 10% are bank owned Single Family Homes and 4% are bank owned Condos.
