As mentioned in my blog yesterday ("Certified HAFA Specialist" - What's that?), the program that was implemented on April 5, 2010, only covered mortgages that were not owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
The good news is that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have now come out with their own HAFA programs. If you would like more information about those two programs, please visit our website's Distressed Homeowners' Service Center where you will find the links and additional information about this and other Government and Non-profit Organization programs.
