In June, a total of 35 Glendora Properties sold - 30 Single Family Homes (ranging from $250,000 to $925,000) and 5 Condos (ranging from $235,000 to $460,000).
With regards to Glendora Short Sales and Glendora Foreclosures, 22% of all active Glendora Residential Property Listings are Short Sales, and only 9% are Bank Owned Properties.
