So far in June, a total of 72 residential properties have been sold in Whittier. The lowest priced one of these was a bank-owned Condo for $175,000 ($183.44 per sqft, total days on market until opening Escrow was 32 days), the highest priced property was a Single Family Home (standard sale) in the Friendly Hills area of Whittier that sold for $720,000 ($349.47 per sqft, 113 days on the market before opening Escrow).
