Since our last weekly Covina Real Estate Market Report of 07/27/10, 12 Residential Covina Properties have successfully closed Escrow - 10 Single Family Homes (ranging from $285,000 to $1,550,000) and 2 Condo ($190,000 and $220,000).
With regards to Covina Short Sales, the percentage of Short Sales among active Home Listings is currently at 38%, for Covina Condos, the percentage of Short Sales is at 76%. Covina Bank Owned Properties only account for a small percentage of active Covina Property Listings - 13% are Bank Owned Single Family Homes and 6% are Bank Owned Condos.
