Since the last San Dimas Real Estate Market Report of 07/28/10, 5 properties successfully closed Escrow -3 Single Family Homes (ranging from $300,000 to $568,000) and 2 Condos (ranging from $280,000 to $355,000).
With regards to San Dimas Short Sales and Foreclosures, 32% of all active San Dimas Residential Property Listings are Short Sales (up 2% from last week), and only 6% are San Dimas Bank Owned Properties (down 1% from last week). Of all active San Dimas Home Listings, 28% are Short Sales and 5% are Bank Owned Properties. Of all active San Dimas Condo Listings, 53% are Short Sales and 12% are Bank Owned Properties.
